Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Anubhav Consultancy Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus (registration no. HE356635, registered office Akarnanias 17, Aradippou, 7104, Larnaca, Cyprus) (“we”, “us”), for your use of the SHOVO mobile app (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What SHOVO does

SHOVO lets you create short marketing videos of your products and share them. You are responsible for the content you create and share, and for making sure you have the right to use it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SHOVO. By using the App you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. Video credits and purchases

• Sharing videos uses credits. New devices receive a limited number of free shares; after that you may buy credit packs.
• Credits are consumable digital goods. Once a credit is used to share a video, it is consumed.
• All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. You must have a Google Play account and agree to Google’s terms to buy credits. We do not receive or store your payment details.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google’s refund policy, not by us. To request a refund, use Google Play. We cannot grant refunds outside of Google’s process.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are tied to your account. If you delete your account, any unused credits are forfeited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SHOVO to: break any law; infringe anyone’s rights; upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful; or attempt to abuse, hack, or disrupt the App or its free tier. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos and content you create. You are solely responsible for it. Your recorded videos and photos are stored on your device, not on our servers.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how to delete it.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that shared videos will produce any particular business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anubhav Consultancy Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; we will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you in the App. We may suspend or stop offering the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence.
