You can permanently delete your SHOVO account and all the personal data we hold about you. SHOVO is provided by Anubhav Consultancy Ltd (Cyprus).
Two ways to delete
1. Inside the app (easiest): open SHOVO → Settings → “Delete my account & data” and confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.
2. Here, if you have already uninstalled the app: use the button below and sign in with the same Google account you used in SHOVO. This confirms the account is yours, then permanently deletes it.
What gets deleted
Your account and profile
Your phone number and any location data
Your purchase and video-credit history
Your product and sharing records
Your device identifier from your account
Your recorded videos and photos are stored only on your own phone — uninstalling the app removes them from your device; we never had a copy.
What we keep (and why)
A one-way, irreversible security code (a salted hash) that cannot identify you, kept only to prevent abuse of the free tier.
Anonymous, aggregate statistics that cannot be linked to you, used to improve the app.
We keep no personal data that can identify you after deletion.
Important: if you have paid video credits left, deleting your account will forfeit them and cannot be undone. Please use them before deleting.
If you never signed in
If you used SHOVO without signing in with Google, we cannot identify your data on this page. In that case, your personal data is automatically anonymized after 90 days of inactivity — personal identifiers are permanently removed.
